This is a suit on an insurance policy.

The insured plaintiff filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Madison County claiming a theft loss of certain personal property covered under a homeowner's policy. The defendant insurance company denied coverage on the basis of certain exclusions in the policy. The case was tried by the court without a jury.
