This appeal arises from the order of the chancellor dated January 4, 1977, dismissing appellant's exceptions to the dismissal of its complaint in equity on June 14, 1976.1 Appellant contends that the chancellor erred in failing to find that Appellee Hogg denied appellant its right to quiet enjoyment of the demised premises.
