This appeal is taken from a conviction for burglary of a habitation where the jury assessed punishment at twenty (20) years.

Briefly, the facts reflect that on June 8, 1975 members of the El Paso City Police Department were on a stakeout at the Ramada Inn in that city on a surveillance, waiting for a suspected "drug deal" to transpire. They observed a burglary in process...
