This appeal raises two questions: (1) Was the evidence presented at trial sufficient to sustain the jury verdict of guilty? Trial court answer: Yes. (2) Was the imposition of an eighteenmonth sentence excessive under the circumstances and therefore an abuse of discretion? Trial court answer: No. The two issues raised will be dealt with in order.
