Defendant was convicted by a jury of felonious driving. MCLA 752.191; MSA 28.661. His sentence consisted of two years probation and 20 weekends in jail plus $360 costs, a $250 fine and license revocation.

The testimony at trial established that on November 10-11, 1974 defendant had worked the afternoon shift at Fisher Body in Lansing. He left work at about 4:30 a.m. after working about 11-1/2 hours. Defendant then went to a fellow worker...
