PER CURIAM.

This is a disciplinary proceeding brought against a judicial officer pursuant to the Rules of the Supreme Court for Disciplinary Control, 12 V.S.A. App. I, Part IV. The defendant is the Probate Judge for the District of Rutland. The issue relates to certain advertising discounts allowed to the defendant by the Rutland Herald for advertisements in the nature of probate notices, insofar as these discounts were retained to the defendant's own use.
