Plaintiff filed suit against Karl A. Fortier and his insurer, Security National Insurance Company, alleging that he suffered severe cervical, lumbar and anterior chest pains as a result of an automobile accident. All parties stipulated as to the negligence of defendant Fortier and the lack of contributory negligence of plaintiff Moss.
