This is a suit by Capitol Steel, Inc. (Capitol) against Ross E. Cox 1 for the balance due on sales of wire mesh and other steel products. The defendant answered denying any indebtedness to Capitol and reconvened for damages occasioned by Capitol's refusal to furnish wire mesh and other steel products under the terms of an existing contract.
