Plaintiff, Rose-Marie Scheel, brought this action against Joseph L. Conboy under the federal admiralty and maritime jurisdiction,1 seeking compensation for an injury which she sustained in an accident during a weekend trip aboard the MARWAL, a 50-foot yacht built and operated by the defendant.
