This appeal had its genesis in an action brought by plaintiffs, all residents of Carroll, Guthrie, Greene and Audubon Counties, and of the Coon Rapids Community School District of Carroll County, to overturn a school bond election held on January 13, 1976, and to enjoin the defendant school board from issuing and selling bonds authorized by the voters at the school election. The trial court found for the defendants and dismissed the plaintiffs' petition...
