Defendant H. K. Porter, Inc., appeals from a judgment rendered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff Harold Weatherford in the sum of $5,500. Plaintiff sustained an injury to his left index finger when a hydraulic jack attachment broke while plaintiff was using it and the jack in an effort to push out a dented fender on a van-type motor vehicle.
