This appeal was filed by Argonaut Insurance Company (the insurer of St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, Louisiana), the defendant in this suit in which plaintiff, William J. Moreaux, on behalf of himself and his two minor children, Kimberly Kristina and Maricia Rachelle, alleges the malpractice of the insured resulting in the death of his wife, Bonita Moreaux. The case was tried before a jury which returned judgments in favor of the two minor children...
