Defendant was convicted of a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), a conspiracy to distribute cocaine hydrochloride. He contends that his conviction was prejudicially tainted by the district court's failure to suppress certain inculpatory statements, by the denial of his motion for a continuance, and by the admission as evidence of extrajudicial statements made by an alleged co-conspirator.
