Having appealed to the Superior Court (Kennebec County) from judgments of convictions entered on the charges of three complaints in the District Court, Division of Southern Kennebec, defendant Timothy J. Ronan, Jr. was given a consolidated jury trial in the Superior Court. The charges against defendant were that on March 1, 1976 he had operated a motor vehicle recklessly (29 M.R.S.A. § 1311) and on two separate occasions that same day had committed...
