On April 12, 1973 defendant Vera Mae Carter was convicted by a jury for possession of seconal, a controlled dangerous substance, and subsequently sentenced to four years at hard labor.

On appeal only two assignments are briefed. Assignment of Error No. 2 concerns the denial of the motion to suppress. Assignment of Error Nos. 3 and 5 concern the qualifications of police officers as experts in matters concerning the sale of controlled dangerous...
