These consolidated appeals arise out of a declaratory judgment action commenced in the Jefferson Circuit Court to determine the respective liabilities of Royal-Globe Insurance Companies (Royal-Globe) and Safeco Insurance Company of America (Safeco) for injuries caused by an automobile driven by Edward B.
