Charles Arthur Hardin (defendant), charged by information with armed robbery (§§ 560.120 and 560.135),1 was found guilty by a jury and, having been convicted of a prior armed robbery, was sentenced by the court (§ 556.280) to imprisonment for 15 years. Upon appeal to the Court of Appeals, St. Louis district, his conviction was affirmed. We ordered this case transferred on application of defendant to consider...
