From a plea-based conviction and a subsequent 5-1/2 to 35 year sentence on a charge of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, defendant Brent Schumacher appeals. As a result of his plea, the prosecutor dropped two other charges: larceny in a building, MCLA 750.360; MSA 28.592, and assault with a deadly weapon, MCLA 750.82; MSA 28.277.
