Defendants, Miles T. Wood and Paul P. Bojko, were convicted, following a jury trial, of attempt murder, sentenced to 4 to 6 years in the penitentiary and assessed $100 costs. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1975, ch. 38, par. 8-4.) On appeal, defendants contend: (1) they were denied a fair trial because the trial court prevented them from testifying fully to explain the reasons they fled the scene of the incident in question; (2) the cause should be remanded for resentencing...
