Charles Joseph Williams was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, to wit: marijuana, in violation of La.R.S. 40:966(A) and with a second count of distribution of marijuana in violation of 40:966(A), both counts arising out of the same transaction. Defendant pleaded not guilty to both counts and filed a motion to suppress physical evidence seized pursuant to an allegedly unconstitutional...
