Reva Caudill was awarded workmen's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability by the Board. Her employer, Maloney's Discount Stores, appealed the determination to the Johnson Circuit Court. That court upheld the Board's award. Maloney's then appealed to the Court of Appeals where the circuit court's judgment was reversed and the award set aside. The circuit court was directed to remand the case to the Board "to make appropriate findings...
