No. 11127.

343 So.2d 229 (1977)

Spencer G. WALL, Appellant, v. COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AGENCY, Appellee.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, First Circuit.

Rehearing Denied March 21, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Kermit Frymire, New Orleans, for appellant Spencer G. Wall.

Revius Ortique, Jr., and William H. Forman, Jr., New Orleans, for appellee.

Before SARTAIN, COVINGTON and LOTTINGER, JJ.

COVINGTON, Judge:

Spencer G. Wall, the appellant, is appealing an opinion of the Louisiana State Civil Service Commission which denied his appeal from a decision of the Community Improvement Agency of New Orleans sustaining a determination by the appointing authority that his job performance for the period ending March 31, 1975 was rated "unsatisfactory" due to low production. We affirm the Commission's opinion.
