PER CURIAM.

Appellant Roger Solberg was charged with the offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.1 Appellant entered a plea of nolo contendere to this charge and was thereupon sentenced by the district court to thirty days imprisonment.
