This is an appeal from a summary judgment denying any recovery in a workmen's compensation case arising out of injuries sustained by a waitress who went to sleep and had a car wreck while driving home after having worked for 25 hours over a period of 28 hours. She seeks recovery under Article 83091, Sec. 1, which defines "injury sustained in the course of employment," but not under Article 8309, Sec....
