HOLT, Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and his sentence assessed at thirty years' imprisonment and a $15,000 fine. We first consider and find merit in appellant's contention that the court erred in refusing his motion for a mistrial after written statements, containing offers of immunity, of two prosecuting witnesses were admitted into evidence.
