Kerns, a Person of Unsound Mind, to recover the sum of $20,006.84 for conversion of certain United States savings bonds. Mrs. Kerns died during the pendency of the suit and, after probate of her will, Alamo National Bank, as Independent Executor of the Estate, was substituted as party defendant.
