Al Amiss, sheriff of East Baton Rouge Parish; and Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, the liability insurer of the sheriff and the deputy, for damages resulting from an accident on March 26, 1975, which was alleged to have been negligently caused by Deputy Hampton making...
