Memorandum Opinion

HALL, Judge:

Respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Failure To State a Claim in this case involving a deficiency of $2,553.29 in petitioner's Federal income tax for 1975. The motion presents for decision the issue whether the allegations in the petition are sufficient to support a $15,000 "military deduction" on the ground that the Federal Government has no authority to impose taxes to finance assertedly illegal
