Plaintiff, Add Chemical Company (hereinafter referred to as Add) instituted this action to recover damages for the loss it sustained when certain chemical products it was storing in tanks leased from defendant leaked from the said tanks. Defendant Gulf-Marine Fabricators, Inc.
