This is an appeal from the granting of a Class D Liquor License to Boal, Inc., by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.

Robert G. and Allene L. Schaffer own Boal, Inc., which previously held a Class C liquor license at a location in downtown Plattsmouth, Nebraska.
