We are asked to decide whether a third class school district may sell on a land contract real property no longer required for school purposes. The trial court held the school board might sell for cash but not on a land contract and granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs. Defendant School District No. 5, West Bloomfield Township, appeals and plaintiffs cross-appeal on the computation of interest.
