The defendant-appellant contends the evidence was not sufficient to establish second-degree murder and that the evidence was not sufficient to establish the defendant was a party to a crime within the meaning of sec. 939.05, Stats.

On May 8, 1975, six to eight customers were in a Milwaukee tavern known as "Pug's 955 Club." One of the customers was the defendant Manson, another was the now deceased Robert Lankford.
