Cormier, and Continental Insurance Company, his liability insurer, have appealed from a jury verdict awarding plaintiff, Priscilla Domingue, $30,000 in damages for an intervertebral disc injury received in an automobile accident. The driver of the automobile in which plaintiff was riding, Grace M. Pellerin, who was made third party defendant, was found free of negligence.
