Appellant is presently before the court pursuant to an appeal from the denial of his petition under the Post-Conviction Hearing Act.1 His petition was denied without a hearing based on the lower court's determination that the Commonwealth's answer to the petition fully and accurately discussed the issues raised by appellant.
