This appeal arises from a judgment of the Ingham County Circuit Court upholding a finding of the Michigan Public Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as the PSC). The PSC determined that the certificate of authority of the appellant, Yellow Freight Systems, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Yellow), was revoked by operation of law.
