This is an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking damages and injunctive relief for alleged deprivation by the defendants under color of law of plaintiff's civil rights in connection with an incident involving alleged assault and false arrest which occurred on the night of July 2, 1970, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
