On June 4, 1967, the appellant, Hallie N. Stone, and her husband, John P. Stone, voluntarily separated. A separation and property settlement agreement was executed by the parties on December 11, 1972. Subsequently, on May 8, 1973, the parties were granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
