The full Industrial Board of Indiana awarded appellee (hereafter "plaintiff") twenty-six weeks compensation for temporary total disability and an additional 175 weeks for thirty-five percent permanent partial impairment of the whole person for an alleged back injury which appellant (Inland) contends neither the evidence nor the facts found by the Board demonstrate is a "personal injury ... by accident arising out of, and in the course of, the employment...
