Halstead Industries, Inc. (Halstead) brings this action pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) seeking a declaratory judgment that certain grievances are not arbitrable under the collective bargaining agreements between Halstead and defendant United Steelworkers of America (USW).
