RULING

The plaintiffs, as surviving parents of their deceased son, Floyd Jerry, brought this tort action against Shell Oil Company and its insurer Travelers Insurance Company as a result of the accident which occurred in Shell's White Castle Oil Field located in Iberville Parish, Louisiana.
