HUNTER, Justice.
The defendant, Bryan L. Faust, was charged by way of indictment with the offense of first degree murder. A trial was had and the jury found the defendant guilty of second degree murder. Judgment was entered on the verdict and the defendant was sentenced to serve an indeterminate term of not less than fifteen [15] nor more than twenty-five [25] years.
