Appellant Garvin was convicted along with a co-defendant of the armed robbery of two sisters and an aggravated assault committed upon the husband of one of the sisters. Each defendant was sentenced to serve 20 years for each armed robbery and 10 years for the aggravated assault, the sentences to run consecutively.
