Petitioner, an inmate at the Virginia correction system, brings this action under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 in which he attacks several 1972 state court convictions. The respondent is the Warden of the Virginia State Penitentiary. Jurisdiction is attained pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 2241(a) and 2254.
