In a jury trial Willie Ross identified Leonard Holdman and DeWayne Williams (defendants) as the men who had robbed him at gunpoint in the early morning hours of February 4, 1973. Ross also testified that he had identified the two defendants at a show-up a few hours after the robbery. On the basis of this testimony, defendants were convicted...
