This is a tort action brought by Julian Donald Gregorie against Jerry Wayne Townsley, Cactus Pipe and Supply Company, Inc., and the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company as the liability insurer of both Townsley and Cactus. Plaintiff Gregorie sued defendants1 for injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident which occurred August 16, 1974.
