JOSLIN, Justice.

The plaintiffs in this civil action are two corporations licensed to operate hairdressing establishments in this state and a hairdressers' and cosmeticians' trade association. They seek a declaration that G.L.1956 (1976 Reenactment) §§ 5-10-1(a) and (h) are unconstitutional insofar as they prohibit licensed hairdressers and cosmeticians from performing for males the same services...
