The plaintiffs, Jeryl Leischner and her three minor children, brought an action under section 14 of the Dram Shop Act (Ill. Rev.Stat.1975, ch. 43, par. 135) against defendants, Daniel's Restaurant, Inc., Ace Liquor, Inc., and D.A.'s Liquor, Ltd. Plaintiffs alleged that defendants sold alcoholic liquor to Herman Leischner, thereby causing his intoxication, and that plaintiffs were injured as a result thereof.
