Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook County which dismissed their declaratory judgment action. Plaintiffs sought a declaration that the industrial zoning imposed on plaintiff's property by defendant was invalid. Plaintiff also unsuccessfully sought an injunction to restrain defendant from obstructing or interfering with plaintiffs' proposed multifamily usage...
