Plaintiffs, David Davidge and T. H. Davidge, instituted a possessory action against defendant, Phillip Magliola, claiming possession of certain immovable property located in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Defendant filed an exception of ten years acquisitive prescription thereby asserting title in himself and converting the suit into a petitory action. On December 30, 1975, judgment was rendered in favor of defendant sustaining his exception of prescription...
