Eugene Shaw Frye was convicted by a jury, in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, of four violations of Md. Ann. Code art. 27, as charged in two separate indictments.

On Indictment Number 57534411, Frye was convicted on the first count, murder in the first degree, and the second count, the use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. He was sentenced to imprisonment for the balance of his natural...
